Pulmonary medicine is specialized to treat diseases of the pulmonary system, specifically illnesses involving the upper respiratory tract, lungs, and bronchial tubes. A pulmonary consultation is typically recommended by a primary care physician for individuals experiencing respiratory symptoms or anything related to the pulmonary system.
Our pulmonary consultations usually follow a referral from a primary care physician and consist of a detailed review of medical history and records. This allows us to determine what testing is needed in order to develop an individualized treatment plan just for you.
